- I'm a 30-something divorced female with no kids. I have a degree in Exercise Science with a minor in nutrition, but still, here I am struggling with my weight. LOL! I know what to do, but I just could never seem to do it for "myself"...until now. I worked in corporate wellness for 7 years helping people with their weight loss goals and & have been successful, but like I said, I just could never seem to be successful when it came to my OWN goals. That was then, and this is now. I hope this Weight Watcher blog inspires you, but more importantly it needs to inspire me. Right?
